We serve military families across all branches, providing:

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple:

  • Create a free account on our website
  • Choose a letter package or send a one time letter
  • Write your letter using our online editor
  • Add recipient information and submit
  • We'll handle the rest!

Letters & Printing

What kind of paper do you use?

We use premium quality stationery paper that's durable and professional. Our paper stock is carefully selected to ensure your letters look beautiful and feel substantial.

All letters are printed with high-resolution quality to preserve the integrity of your message.

When will my letter be printed?

We print letters on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (18:00) on those days will be printed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the next print batch.

You'll receive a notification when your letter has been printed and shipped.

Can I include images or photos?

Yes! You can upload photos to include with your letter. We support common image formats (JPG, PNG) and will print them in high quality alongside your message.

Photo printing may incur an additional fee depending on your subscription plan.

Is there a length limit for letters?

Our standard letters can be up to 4 pages. If you need to send a longer letter, please contact our support team for custom arrangements.

Most heartfelt messages fit comfortably within this limit!

Can I add a signature?

Absolutely! Our editor includes a signature feature where you can upload an image of your signature or create one digitally. This adds a personal touch to your letter.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Letters are processed within 24-48 hours of your order. Most letters reach bootcamp or training centers in 1-2 business days depending on location.

Tracking updates keep you informed every step of the way.

When will my letter be delivered?

Anchored Letters sent Monday–Thursday before 2:00 PM MST will be delivered the next day.

Letters sent Friday before 2:00 PM MST will be delivered on Monday.

All letters sent Friday after 2:00 PM MST (which includes letters written on Saturday/Sunday) will be delivered Tuesday.

What does "On Hold" status mean?

There is an "ON HOLD" status that only occurs if the letter address has been flagged by our sorting algorithm as questionable for delivery. Our team will review and reach out if any action is needed on your part.

Where do Anchored Letters ship overnight?

Bases not listed above are sent via regular mail.

Can I track my letter?

Yes! Once your letter is shipped, you'll receive tracking updates via email. You can monitor the delivery status through our platform or directly with the shipping carrier.

What if my letter gets lost?

While rare, if your letter is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll reprint and resend it at no additional charge. Simply contact our support team with your tracking information.

Can I send to multiple recipients?

Yes! You can send letters to multiple recipients. Each letter is counted separately in your subscription or billed individually if you're not on a plan.

All letters include printing and next day shipping.

Is my information secure?

Who can see my letters?

Only you, our print operators (who are bound by confidentiality agreements), and your intended recipient will see your letter content. We respect your privacy and handle all correspondence with discretion.

Do you keep copies of letters?

We store your letters in your account so you can access, edit, or resend them. You can delete letters from your account at any time. Deleted letters are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
